Wanted Coffee | Dark Roast
Rated 4.9 out of 5
BUBS Brew's Wanted Roast is crafted from high-quality Fair Trade Organic coffee beans from Ethiopia. Ethiopia is known as the home of the coffee plant and coffee culture. Legend says a 9th-century goat herder noticed his goats became energetic after eating the plant. This region is one of our favorites because of Africa’s rich history, its ideal growing climate, and its unique flavor profiles. Our beans are roasted in Southern California where we have perfected the roasting process. This showcases the high-quality Ethiopian flavors. Also, it pays homage to BUBS’ connections to the region. The result is BUBS’ third coffee, The Wanted - Single Origin.

How do I brew my coffee at home?
Always use filtered/purified water. Store beans in this resealable bag in a cool and dry location. Grind beans for your preferred brewing method. Below is a guideline for the coffee to water ratio. If you like you coffee stronger or weaker try adding or subtracting Tbs. COARSE GRIND for French Press // Flat Filter // Cold Brew. 1Tbs (5g) of coffee per 4 fluid oz (120mL) water. FINE GRIND ESPRESSO for Cone Filter (pour over) // Espresso. 2Tbs (10g) of coffee per 6 fluid oz (180mL) water.

Tablespoon and measuring cup for the grind-to- water ratios, but we recommend using a digital kitchen scale to measure the ratios in grams. One gram is equal to 1mL.

For optimal freshness, we suggest storing our coffee at room temperature in an airtight container or the original BUBS Brew coffee bags, which are designed with one-way degassing valves and zipper seals to lock in freshness.
How long is your coffee good for?
The sooner you consume the coffee to roast date, the better for peak freshness. We recommend the coffee be consumed within three months of the roast date.
