This 7 Day reset was created by Mike Hazle, former USA Olympian, National Champion and Military Special Operations Veteran. Through his own experience in competing at the Olympic Games and Military Special Operations, Mike designed this 7 day plan was from real world lessons and education utilized by professional athletes and military special operators at the highest levels. Mike owns a Master’s Degree in Sports Management as well as a Bachelors in Exercise Sports Science, a National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA CSCS) and CrossFit Level 1 Certifications.
This “Reset” was designed with the intent to put not only your body back in peak performance state, but your mind and soul as well. The amount of equipment needed for this “Reset” is minimal. All you need is some basic gym equipment, your body and some accountability and loyalty to your cause. This entire reset can be accomplished with a total lack of motivation, the reset itself will handle the motivation for you.
