Collagen Protein Turkey Chili

- •2 lbs extra lean ground turkey
- •1 onion, chopped
- •8 oz chicken broth
- •5 scoops Bubs Naturals protein powder
- •15 oz tomato sauce
- •15 oz crushed tomatoes
- •15 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
- •15 oz kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- •15 oz chili beans
- •2 tsp ancho chili powder
- •2 tsp onion powder
- •1 tbsp dried chives
- •2 tsp salt
- •1 tsp black pepper
Add ground turkey and onion to large skillet. Stir occasionally and saute on medium-high heat until turkey is cooked through.
In a medium bowl, whisk chicken broth with collagen protein.
Next, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and all beans to large pot.
Stir in broth/collagen protein mixture into large pot.
Add remaining spices.
Turn to high heat and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce to simmer and serve warm.
