BUBS Brew Pumpkin Spice Latte

Spice up your BUBS Brew! Skip the Starbucks line and make this healthy homemade pumpkin spice latte at home. Level up your Pumpkin Spice Latte with 20 grams of protein, functional creamer with brain-boosting benefits, and the natural sweetness of vanilla and maple syrup. 


  • 8 ounces brewed coffee - preferably BUBS Brew

  • 1 scoop (20g) BUBS Naturals Collagen

  • 1 scoop (10g)  BUBS MCT Oil Powder

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 3 Tablespoons pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

  • sprinkle of cinnamon


In a cup or saucepan, mix together almond milk and pumpkin. Cook on medium heat on the stovetop or microwave for 30-45 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in collagen, MCT, vanilla, spices, and sweetener. Place in a cup and use a frother to foam the milk. You can also use a blender — just process for 30 seconds or until foamy. Pour coffee into a large mug, and add the foamy milk mixture on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
