Coconut water is the next ingredient and is filled with potassium, sodium, and magnesium. It is known in the world of nutrition for its health benefits and is in truth one of the more delicious options out there. However, if you prefer to not use coconut water, we recommend reaching for aloe vera instead - you could also add both if you prefer!
The last necessary ingredient is sea salt. Though there may be hesitation with this, keep in mind it is equally important.
