Pork Chops w/ Collagen Protein Honey Glaze

A post shared by Jasmine Schmalhaus (@jazzythings) on Jul 28, 2018 at 2:18pm PDT INGREDIENTS: 1 lb pork chops 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped GLAZE: 1 cup beef broth 3 tbsp honey 6 scoops Bubs Naturals protein powder 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp white wine vinegar ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp onion powder DIRECTIONS: Add pork chops to baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes (until pork is cooked through). Blend glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour into skillet and bring to a boil. A post shared by Jasmine Schmalhaus (@jazzythings) on Jul 19, 2018 at 3:15pm PDT INGREDIENTS 1 pasilla pepper, seeds removed 1/2 red onion, chopped 2 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp olive oil 5 scoops BUBS Naturals Collagen Protein 1 tbsp ancho chili powder 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 cups chicken broth 8 oz stewed tomatoes 2 tbsp peanut butter 3 oz dark chocolate DIECTIONS Add pasilla pepper to baking sheet and roast at 425F for 10 minutes. In the meantime, sauté onion and garlic with olive oil in large skillet for 5 minutes. Transfer onion mixture to blender. Add roasted pepper and all remaining ingredients (excluding chocolate), to blender. Blend until smooth. Pour back into the skillet and turn to low-medium heat. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Add broccoli, onion, garlic, and water to saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat until water cookies off. Add beef and stir occasionally until beef is cooked through. Another insanely delicious @bubsnaturals collagen protein creation to share with you all: PROTEIN CINNAMON ROLLS!!! Packed with about 10g @bubsnaturals collagen protein per roll and filled with cinnamon sugar deliciousness… these are the perfect breakfast treat (ok, anytime treat)! There are a few steps to these, but they’re very easy to create and packed w/ protein (aka worth the assembly line)!  DOUGH: Stir together 10 scoops (1 cup) @bubsnaturals collagen protein, 3 cups whole wheat flour, 1/3c coconut sugar, pinch of salt, and a packet of instant yeast.  Next, in a saucepan heat 2/3c cashew milk and 1T coconut oil.
