Peanut Butter Pie w/ Chocolate Protein Crust

 

PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN PIE / CHOCOLATE PROTEIN CRUST

  • Combine 1 cup oat flour, 5 scoops BUBS Naturals Collagen Protein, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 egg yolk, and 1/3 cup melted coconut oil.
  • Press into the bottom of a 9” spring form pan
  • Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
  • Once done, let cool.

TOPPING

  • Melted chocolate chips & crushed peanuts.
