- 1 cup oat flour
- 4 scoops Bubs Naturals protein powder
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into balls (about the size of a quarter, as they will spread), and place onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes (until edges are crispy).
